We create a layout according to the client’s operational requirements with the exact determination of the size and orientation of individual spaces. Partitioning, zoning and the placement of furniture and other interior elements that reflect how people move about are all measured and put down on paper, giving the client a clear idea of how the office is to work. This is provided in the form of a 2D spatial plan with precise measurements and dimensions.

Design is a comprehensive proposal including the selection of typical and atypical furniture, lighting, floor coverings, suspended ceilings, wall colors and the overall coordination of all materials and colors. Even the design of accessories, graphics and greenery are included. As part of the design, we align the functional elements and their quality to the financial possibilities of the client. The result of this step is a study of the interior, which serves as the working document for the project.
