The new CD Led lighting system wins the Venetian Smart Lighting Award 2021

On the evening of the 15th of July 2021, at the Villa Ca’ Marcello (PD) the new CD Led lighting system, created by Quadrifoglio Group in collaboration with the designer Moreno De Giorgio, won the Venetian Smart Lighting Award 2021 in the category of Best Decorative lamp for Contract use.

“Light is habitat”: a variety of bright coloured shapes and shades can interpret different worlds.
This is the concept from which the CD Led project was born, with the aim of launching a decorative lighting solution with a minimal and extremely modern design on the market, able to intercept the decorative and functional needs of the business, residential and hospitality sector.

This new illuminating engineering solution by the Quadrifoglio Group in collaboration with Moreno De Giorgio was born to propose not only a lamp but an actual design object in which the care for details and the control of each individual component are fundamental. CD Led is a smart lamp which the user can interact with, characterized by multiple customization possibilities, both in the lighting and the aesthetic aspects. In fact there are 7 different versions available: direct and indirect suspension, table, floor, wall lamp, mouse, battery.

CD Led has three geometrical references: the circle, the square and the triangle. Completely adjustable in intensity, flexibility of use and in the choice, with variable shapes and colours, it lends itself to a range of opportunities to create light according to specific desires and needs. CD Led, with its essential design, is a unique solution that satisfies multiple functional and style needs: it’s powerful and dimmable, performant and minimal, sophisticated and pleasant, efficient and light.

From the beginning, the idea pursued by the designer Moreno De Giorgio and by Quadrifoglio Group was not that of creating a simple lamp, but a design element that was singular in its “Variety” of choices and character, “Interchangeable” in its shape and function, and “Flexible” in its style and customization.
